Here’s a step-by-step guide to create your promotional code.
Step 1: 1. Log in & select your event
Go to Tickeri.com, sign in, and tap/click on Manage My Events. Then choose your event where you want to apply a discount.
Step 2: Go to Promotional Discounts
In your event dashboard, find Promotional Discounts and select Add.
(On mobile, scroll to locate this section.)
Step 3: Enter your code details
Fill in the following fields:
Code Name: Enter the code buyers will use (e.g., PRESALE2025)
How does the discount apply?
Per Order: Applies once to the total cart amount
Per Ticket: Applies to each ticket individually
Ticket Types: Select which tickets the discount will apply to (e.g., VIP)
Discount Type: Choose Fixed Amount or Percentage
Discount Amount: Enter the value of the discount (e.g., $10 or 10%)
Step 4: Configure Advanced Options (optional)
Tap/click Show Advanced Options to add:
Maximum Orders This Code Can Discount: Define the total number of uses (for example, 100).
Start and End Dates/Times:
Start Date & Time: When the code becomes valid.
End Date & Time: When the code will expire.
💡 Example: A code “PRESALE25” offering $10 off, available from November 6 to November 20, 2025, and valid for up to 100 orders.
Step 5: Save your code
Tap/click Save to activate your code.
Note: Deactivate or edit a code
If you need to modify or deactivate a code, go back to the Promotional Discounts section and change its status to Inactive, or edit it as needed.
