How to Create a Discount Code on Tickeri

With this tool, you can offer personalized discounts to your customers/fans quickly and easily.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to create your promotional code.

Step 1: Log in to your account

Go to Tickeri.com and sign in to your account. Then, click on Manage My Events.

Step 2: Select your event

Click on the event where you want to apply a discount.

Step 3: Open the discounts section

Inside your event dashboard, find Promotional Discounts section and click Add +.


Step 4: Create your code

A form titled Create Promotional Code will open.

Fill in the following fields:

  • Code Name: Enter the name of the code that buyers will use (for example, PRESALE25).

  • How does the discount apply?: Choose whether it will apply to the entire order or per ticket.

    • Discount per Order: Applies once to the total amount of the cart.

    • Discount per Ticket: Applies individually to each selected ticket type.

  • Ticket Types: Choose which ticket type the discount will apply to (for example, VIP).

  • Discount Type: Select Fixed Amount or Percentage.

  • Discount Amount: Enter the value of the discount (for example, $10 or 10%).

Step 5: Configure Advanced Options (optional)

Click Show Advanced Options if you want to set limits:

  • Maximum Orders this Code Can Discount: Define the total number of uses (for example, 100).

  • Start and End Dates/Times:

    • Start Date & Time: When the code becomes valid.

    • End Date & Time: When the code will expire.

💡 Example: A code “PRESALE25” offering $10 off, available from November 6 to November 20, 2025, and valid for up to 100 orders.

Step 6: Save your code

Click Save.

Your code will now be active and ready to be used during checkout.

NOTE: Deactivate or edit a code

If you need to modify or deactivate a code, go back to the Promotional Discounts section and change its status to Inactive, or edit it as needed.
