This change ensures fans see the full cost of their tickets, including fees upfront, starting at the very first step of the ticket-buying journey.

Why All-In Pricing Matters

New federal regulations now require all ticketing platforms to clearly display the total ticket cost, including fees, at the start of the purchase process. These changes are meant to eliminate surprise charges at checkout and build greater trust with customers.

How It Works on Tickeri

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best platform for Latin events, Tickeri now displays all fees included at every key touchpoint:

  • Event Listings: Customers now see the full “all-in” ticket price (including fees) directly on the event page before selecting seats.

  • Ticket Selection: Whether choosing from a seating map or list view, users see transparent pricing at the point of selection.

  • Checkout: Final totals are consistent with what was shown throughout the journey no surprises, just clarity.

The rollout looks slightly different depending on whether an event uses assigned seating or not, but the user experience remains consistent. This update is now live across all Tickeri-hosted events.
