Discover how a well-designed flyer can be the key to connecting with your audience and selling more tickets.

Your event flyer is the first thing your audience sees. Your first (and sometimes only) chance to connect, excite, and convince someone to buy a ticket.

🛑 Poor design can make your event go unnoticed.

✅ Great design… can fill your venue.

WHAT EVERY FLYER MUST INCLUDE:

  • Name of the artist or event → Big, clear, and distraction-free.

  • Date, time, and location → Visible, not hidden in the bottom corner in 6pt small font.

  • Tickets now on sale → Use a clear call to action: “Buy now at Tickeri.com” or “Tickets available here.” I also recommend adding the Tickeri logo, so your audience can quickly recognize that it’s an official ticketing platform.

  • QR Code → Make it easy for people to access and buy tickets instantly.

The difference is in the details — design with purpose

Tickeri tip: We know how important it is to promote your event. That’s why, inside your Tickeri Organizer Dashboard, you’ll find a marketing section where you can connect your Facebook Pixel, download our official logos for your flyers, and access a unique QR code for each event. Using our logo and QR code helps your audience find and buy tickets quickly and confidently.

DESIGN BEST PRACTICES:

  • High-quality images → No pixelation. These days, you can use AI tools to enhance images with a single click.

  • Visual consistency with the event → Is it a folkloric show, a nightclub party, or part of a tour? The design should reflect the experience.

  • Visual hierarchy → The name of the event and artists should stand out the most.

  • Contrast, contrast, contrast → Make sure the text is easy to read over the background. Not all colors work well together.

  • Controlled typography → Use only 2-3 fonts: one for the title, one for the main text, and one for details. No more.

  • Proofread and edit your content → Don’t let typos or grammar mistakes hurt the professionalism of your flyer. Carefully review the text, and if possible, ask someone else to review it too.

  • Less is more → Many make the mistake of cramming the flyer with unnecessary info. The goal is for the fan to quickly understand: who, when, where, and how to buy.

  • Adaptable format → What works for a Facebook ad is not the same as what works for a printed flyer or Instagram story. Adjust based on the platform.

Maximize impact by adapting your flyer to every channel — format matters.

Design is not an add-on, it's a strategic tool that directly impacts ticket sales. A well-executed flyer doesn’t just inform it emotionally, it connects with your audience and conveys the value of the experience you’re offering.

As an organizer, every visual you share is a chance to stand out, excite, and convert. Be intentional. Be creative. And never underestimate the power of good design. At Tickeri, we’re here to help you make it happen.
