At Tickeri, we continue to build tools that enhance collaboration between organizers and teams. That’s why we’ve launched a new update within the Organizations feature that allows you to share an event with another Organization, making partnerships, co-productions, and strategic collaborations easier, all from within the platform.
What is the Organization feature?
The Organizations feature allows you to manage your team and events from a shared workspace, without needing to share personal logins or operate everything from a single account.
It is designed to:
Simplify processes
Centralize operations
Strengthen your brand presence
What does this new update include?
You can now share an event with another Organization directly from the event panel, making it ideal for:
Co-produced events
Promoter partnerships
Collaborations with venues or other brands
Both organizations will be able to view the event within their own workspace, ensuring clear and organized management.
How to share an event with another Organization
Follow these steps:
Log in to your Tickeri account.
Go to My Events and open the event you want to share.
In the dashboard, click “Share with Organization”.
A window will open: “Share Event with Partner Organization”, where you will need to enter the partner’s Organization ID.
Don’t have the partner’s Organization ID?
No problem, you can request it directly from the platform:
In the “Share Event with Partner Organization” window, go to the bottom and click the blue link “Don’t have their ID?”
A new window will open: “Request Organization ID”
You will be able to:
Copy the request message, or
Click “Share” to send it via email or messaging apps
This makes requesting the ID quick and professional.
Where to find your Organization ID
Each Organization has a unique ID. You can find it here:
My Events ➜ Org Profile ➜ For Partner Collaboration
📌 Only share this ID with trusted partners or collaborators.
Access and permissions for collaborators
When you share an event with another Organization, you create a secure and structured collaboration. The collaborator (or co-host) will only have access to event-related features.
They can:
Edit event information and request seating map implementation
View event performance and analytics
Enter printed ticket orders and create digital tickets
They cannot:
Share the event with other Organizations
Access your personal or Organization account
Manage payments or financial information
🔒 This ensures you maintain full control of your account and revenue while collaborating securely.
How to control who has access to your event
Once your event has been shared, the Event Settings option will be enabled.
Within this section, go to Access and Roles, where you can clearly see who has access and what permissions they have.
From here, you can:
Manage existing access by removing collaborators
Add new collaborators
💡 This tool allows you to maintain full control of your event and ensure only the right people have access at every stage.
Benefits of sharing events between Organizations
Better team coordination: everyone works from the same event setup
No shared logins: each Organization operates from its own account
Streamlined collaboration: ideal for co-productions
Centralized management from a single platform
In summary
This new feature reinforces Tickeri’s mission: helping you sell, collaborate, and grow more efficiently.
If you’re not using Organizations yet, now is the perfect time to start and unlock its full potential.
