Thanks to the integration between Bandsintown and Apple, events published on Tickeri (and synced with Bandsintown) can now appear across multiple platforms such as Apple Music, Shazam, Apple Maps, Spotlight Search, and Photos.

By connecting your Apple Music artist profile, your events can reach fans at every point where they discover music, helping turn discovery into real attendance.

How to Connect Your Apple Music Profile to Bandsintown

Follow these steps to link your profile and activate event visibility across the Apple ecosystem:

  • Log in to your Bandsintown for Artists account or create one for free.

  • Go to the Integrations section.

  • Click Connect next to Apple Music.

  • Paste your Apple Music artist profile URL.

  • Click Connect to save.

Once connected, go to the Events section and make sure all your upcoming shows are listed.

📌 If your events are created on Tickeri, they may sync automatically with Bandsintown (depending on your setup), or you can add them manually.

Your events will begin appearing across Apple platforms within 24 to 48 hours.

⚠️ Important

  • You must have at least one event listed on Bandsintown for the integration to work.

  • Your events may already appear on Apple through automatic name matching, even before connecting.

  • However, connecting your profile improves accuracy and ensures your events are correctly linked to your artist.

How to Find Your Apple Music Artist Page URL

You can get it from the web or the app:

On the web:

  • Search for your artist name

  • Click on your profile

  • Copy the URL from your browser

Your URL should look like this:

On the Apple Music app:

  • Go to your artist profile

  • Tap the three dots (•••) in the top right corner

  • Select Share Artist to copy the link

How Fans Discover Your Concerts on Apple Music

On Apple Music, events appear in key places:

  • On the homepage, in the Concerts carousel featuring nearby shows.

  • In the Search → Concerts tab, where fans can browse by location, date, or genre.

  • On your artist profile, alongside your music.

Apple also sends notifications to fans when you are performing near them.

👉 If your events are on Tickeri and synced with Bandsintown, they can appear directly in these spaces.

Apple Music Set Lists

With Apple Music Set Lists, you can turn your shows into playlists using your music.

This allows fans to:

  • Listen before the event

  • Follow along during the show

  • Relive the experience afterward

When users search for a location, they can:

  • Access upcoming concerts

  • View event details and ticket links

👉 This helps events published on Tickeri get discovered directly through maps and local searches.

Apple Maps also features over 65 curated city guides highlighting key venues.

Events appear in the Concerts Near You section, where users can:

  • Buy tickets

  • Save the event

  • Add it to their calendar

When users click on the Concerts tab on the Shazam home screen, events synced from Bandsintown appear in the Explore section. Users can tap on an event to view more information, buy tickets, add it to their calendar, and save it.

👉 If your events are on Tickeri and synced, they can appear here as well.

⚠️ Note: Updates or new events may take up to 48 hours to appear on Shazam.

How Concerts Appear in Photos

When fans take photos at your shows, iOS recognizes the event and automatically groups those images.

It also displays:

  • Artist

  • Venue

  • Setlist

  • Upcoming concerts

All directly within the Photos app.

👉 This turns every event into an extended digital experience.

Discovery with Spotlight Search

Fans can also find concerts using their iPhone search.

When they search your name, Spotlight can display:

  • Your upcoming show dates

  • Concert cards linked to the event

What Does This Mean for Events Published on Tickeri?

This integration significantly expands the reach of events published on Tickeri.

Your events can now appear:

  • While fans are listening to music

  • When they search for artists

  • When exploring maps or venues

  • Even after the concert, through their memories

This transforms every event into a connected experience, increasing visibility, discovery, and attendance.

For organizers using Tickeri, this is a major advantage: your events no longer live in just one place, they exist across an entire ecosystem where fans are already active.
