We know that receiving your payout is very important to you and your business! This guide will give you a clear picture of when you should expect your event payout.
If you haven't checked it out already, visit the "Finance" tab, where you can add your payment methods; see pending event payouts and funds you have already received; and see where they were sent.
Payout for your event will take place after your event has passed. If you already set up your direct deposit, then your payment will be deposited into your bank account 3-5 business days after the event date has passed.
If your event was on a Friday or Saturday, you should receive your direct deposit on Wednesdays at the earliest and Fridays at the latest.
If your event was on a Sunday, you should receive your direct deposit on Thursday at the earliest and Monday at the latest.
Estimated Date of Arrival
As mentioned earlier, you can visit the "Finance" tab on your event dashboard and select "Payouts" on the left-hand side to view pending payouts for past events. You will see the estimated date you will receive your event sales, if there are any actions required of you, which bank account the funds will be deposited in, and the deposit amount.
