Tickeri is here to provide you with secure and professional printed tickets in a variety of vibrant colors. In our step-by-step guide, we'll walk you through the simple process of ordering your printed tickets through your Tickeri account.

  1. First log into your Tickeri event organizer account and on the following screen, click on “Manage my events”.

  2. Now, select the event for your ticket printing order.

  3. Click on the “Ticket Printing” tab on the left-hand side.

  4. Then, under the "Order tickets" section, click on the "Order now" button.

  5. The majority of the ticket information should already be filled in such as the venue name, address, event date, and door time. These fields are grayed out which means you cannot edit that information within the order form. You would have to edit the event directly to correct any information, if necessary.

  6. Add a ticket by clicking on the black button that says "Add ticket" to start creating mockups of your physical ticket layouts.

    You may also click on "Add another ticket" if you want more than one ticket type printed out for your event. You may choose from red, blue, gold, and silver to differentiate your ticket types.

  7. Fill out the shipping information. Keep in mind, orders must be requested and paid for before 3PM ET during business days to be processed and shipped same day, orders and payment made after hours will be shipped next business day.

  8. After filling out the ticket order form, select “Submit order” and your order will be sent over to our services department. A member from Ticket Services will later contact you and provide an invoice and final mockup of your ticket for approval.

    Once you have approved and paid for your order, you should receive your tickets based on the shipping method chosen. Any questions or issues, please message us using the chat bubble found on the bottom right of your event dashboard. Ticket Services will respond to you promptly within their business hours.
