If you're having trouble logging into your Tickeri account after putting in what you think is your password, the best option is to reset your password.
Please go to the Tickeri log in page and click on "Forgot Password?"
You will be rerouted to a new page and then, you will be asked to type in your email. Type in the same one you used to register with Tickeri and click "Reset Password."
We will email you with a link to type in your new password.
Once you've opened the email and clicked on the link provided, it will reroute you to a new web page where it will ask you to provide a new password. Please type in your new password and hit "SAVE."
Now, your new password is ready to use and may continue uploading your events!
