This guide will show you how to edit your event. You can edit items such as: the door time, date, or location of your event.
Anything you typed in the event creation fields from when the event was created and published can be edited afterwards.
1. Log into your Tickeri account.
2. Click on "Manage My Events" on the top right-hand corner.
3. Select which event you'd like to edit or click on the pencil icon to start editing.
4. Now you can edit different details of your event such as the Event Name, Date, Door Time, Venue, Age Restrictions, Seating Availability, Marketing, Ticket prices, Tickets Sales Start + End Dates, and so much more.
5. Once you're done making your edits, please make sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the red button that says "Save" to save all the changes you made!
6. Finally, please make sure to communicate your event changes to our team by sending a message via our Instant Messenger so that our customer service team may also communicate these changes to the ticketholders, if there were sales prior to your edits.
