In this article, you will see a more detailed example on how to use the Min/Max Quantity Limit Tool to create a ticket bundle. A ticket bundle could be used to offer a special deal or selling a table as mentioned below.

Example:

Pretend you're selling a VIP table for $300 but you worry that the price may cause your customers uneasiness. This is where the Min/Max Quantity Limits tool comes in handy.

Follow the steps below to help your customer perceive the price of your table in a more attractive way without compromising the original price for you VIP table.

  1. Click on this link to log in and see your list of events.

  2. Select the upcoming event you wish to edit and scroll down to the "Tickets" section and click on a ticket you'd like to edit. In this case, we are editing "VIP table for 6."

  3. Change the price of the ticket to $50 then, check off the box that will enable "Min/Max Quantity Limits."

  4. Here you will decide what the minimum number of tickets that a customer needs to purchase and the maximum number of tickets you will allow to fulfill your requirement.

  5. Click "Update ticket" then click on "Save" to save all your changes. Your modified pricing is now live!

What the Customer Sees (After Changes):

The customer is now required to purchase 6 tickets at the price of $50 instead of seeing $300 for a table. By seeing the price broken down this way, the customer can see the true value of what $300 will cover.
